The Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Leadership Program – under the umbrella of Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Organization – is a unique opportunity for young professionals to learn some of the most important lessons of modern leadership,

ABHLP_Instagram-Ad_001_EnFollowing a highly successful pilot scheme with 16 candidates last year, the 2014/15 edition is open to all GCC nationals: men and women between the age of 25 and 35, with the drive and talent to succeed in a leadership role. Our candidates have a background in a diverse field of industries, from healthcare and national defence to financial services, commerce and aviation. In order to get the most benefit out of our programme, we only ask that applicants be currently employed and have at least a higher diploma with a minimum of two years’ work experience and English skills.

Over a period of six months encompassing 180 direct learning hours – six hours per day for 5 working days per month – successful delegates will receive in-depth training in key areas of leadership in a carefully designed program consisting of six distinct modules comprising both class room and experience-based instruction. These will be complemented with special input sessions on emotional intelligence and, to prepare candidates for new challenges in a rapidly evolving world, the leadership requirements of social media.

  • Personal Development & Financial Planning
  • Change Management
  • Emotional Intelligence
